Shipping policy
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Shipping is always fast and free to the 48 states. Expedited shipping is available at additional cost and calculated at checkout.
Complete bikes are shipped with no additional cost in the continental U.S. to your nearest trucking terminal where you can pick them up. Typically, we can find a terminal within 20 miles of you home address. Sometimes they are much closer but occasionally, they are just a little further. To our friends in Hawaii and Alaska, please contact us to request an additional shipping cost quote.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international product shipping across the globe. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently do not ship bikes internationally.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Dos Cycles is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders (minus apparel) are processed within 1-3 business days, after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
APPAREL
All apparel is made to order, please allow an additional 2 weeks of processing time for your order to be assembled. Apparel orders will be shipped separately and will not affect the timing of other product orders.
ORDER STATUS
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 1-3 business days for the tracking information to become available.
DAMAGED SHIPPING
Dos Cycles is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Returns and refunds are handled on a case by case basis within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Review our full return policy here.
