Refund policy
RETURNS
Returns and refunds are handled on a case by case basis within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Complete bikes, used parts, jets, and other items as marked in their descriptions are exempt from being returned. New parts that have been installed or have obvious signs of use cannot be returned, as are any items not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
APPAREL
All apparel is made to order, please allow an additional 2 weeks of processing time for your order to be assembled. Apparel orders will be shipped separately and will not affect the timing of other product orders.
As all apparel is printed on demand, refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us with photos of your claim. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
COMPLETE BIKES
Bikes purchased on this website are to be considered as parts, projects, or off-road use only. Once they are in your possession, it is up to you what to do with them. We are excited to bring unusual, exotic, and unique bikes to our customers. We do our very best to describe the bikes we offer but some things just can't be known without getting deeply involved with a bike. Therefore, treat each bike as a new adventure. Most of our bikes are European imports and typically do not have paperwork. If a bike runs, it will be stated but may need more love to be truly road worthy. All sales on bikes are final and the prices advertised include shipping.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If it takes a while for your refund to be processed, contact your bank or credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded at full, sale items will be refunded at the original purchased price.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items new parts if they are defective or damaged. If you think you have received a defective part, please contact us.
SHIPPING YOUR RETURN
After your return has been accepted, mail your order to our processing center –

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchange to reach you may vary. Shipping companies are currently experiencing delays, and international customers should especially be prepared for additional processing time.
