Our COVID-19 Policy

Starting now through the chilly season, DOS will be taking extra precautions and operating under limited hours. Orders will be shipped out each week, Monday through Thursday.

We will follow the health department and CDC guidelines for our stores including:

• Extra consistent sanitation of all touch areas and surfaces
• Staff is provided with gloves and masks, extra hand washing and sanitizer stations.
• Social distancing — no visitors currently are allowed at the warehouse. Thank you for understanding.

With the uptick in online shopping in the wake of the pandemic, carriers have been experiencing unexpected shipping delays. Please be patient if your order takes longer than unexpected, especially for international customers.
